About

Loudy-Olympian2

The Mind and Body Blitz program is the brainchild of former elite Athlete, Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Wellness coach, Ludi Wiggins. (Formerly Loudy Wiggins and Loudy Tourky!) Founded in 2015, MBB is a complete resource to help you on your health, fitness & wellness journey no matter what your goal.

Who is Ludi Wiggins?

For 22 years, I was an elite athlete, competing in four Olympic Games, 4 World Championships and 3 Commonwealth Games. I also hold over 15 National Titles.

On retiring and saying goodbye to that world I set about gaining qualifications as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Wellness Coach.

I currently run a busy Personal Training, Nutrition and Fitness business in Moonee Ponds, Melbourne.

Within months of opening my doors, my clients were seeing measurable results from my methods of training and nutrition advice, losing centimeters from their waists and toning in all the right places. I also found that I was attracting people who had a one thing in common; their drive to succeed in all aspects of life.

With the right type of coaching and guidance, once my clients started seeing me on a regular basis, other aspects of their life started to fall into place. This was the inspiration for my Mind and Body Blitz program.

Within 18 months of opening my Personal Training business I had reached capacity. I also found there was demand from people interstate and overseas, who wanted to train with me. The solution? An online health and fitness program that can be a undertaken anytime, anywhere with the crucial support it takes to reach your goals.

As a mum of two I have a holistic approach to Health and Fitness – my expectations of clients and online members are realistic and I try to implement small changes that achieve long lasting results. I promote consistency in our busy day to day lives.

In a (recent) previous life, I was a diver and my Olympic career spanned from 1991 – 2012, and I can proudly call myself a four-time Olympian, dual Olympic medalist, three time World Championship Silver medalist and triple Commonwealth Games Champion.

While training and competing, I also completed a degree in Media and Communications from the University of Sydney (2005).

I am definitely on a mission to spread the message of health and fitness and how it can directly impact other areas of your life, but also promote balance and wellness.

I enjoy speaking for corporate groups, school events and have appeared and worked in a range of media over the last decade. Most recently, I have given expert comments on Ch 10’s coverage of the Glasgow Commonwealth Games, worked for Eurosport in South Korea and commentated at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games for Channel 7.

Other experiences I’ve managed to fit in include a two-year term as a Board Member of Diving Victoria and a 4 year term on the Australian Olympic Committee Athletes Commission.

I invite you to join me on a journey of health, fitness and wellness and use the program to suit your goals. Be a part of my MBB community and get ready to get the best out of yourself in both Mind and Body.
