Cacao Chia Pudding

Breakfast, lunch, dessert, snack or anything in between…

This is my absolute go to when eggs just won’t cut it… So easy. Nutritious, delicious & indulgent…

What you’ll need:

1/2 cup white chia seeds
1 1/4 cup of almond milk (carrageenan free – or milk of choice)
Fruit puree (I used apple pre made, but you can make your own – Mango works really well also)
1 tsp organic raw Cacao powder

For topping:

Banting and Food Co, grain free muesli & fresh or frozen fruit (raspberries, blueberries etc)

Method:
Mix chia seeds, almond milk, fruit puree and cacao – whisk vigorously (or you can blend, but it changes the texture)

Poor into serving glasses, cover and leave overnight.

In the morning, top with nuts (Banting and CO or your own combo) and fruit of choice

It’s not overly sweet, but if you must, drizzle with rice syrup. Enjoy any time of the day!
