I posted a video over on my Facebook page demonstrating the following exercises, so definitely check them out and give it a go.
Try these exercises as part of your next circuit with 2 – 4 pulses between repetitions.
10 repetitions of each exercise x 3 sets.
- Push ups
- Tricep Dips
- Split Squat Jumps
- Variation Squat Jumps
- Ballet exercises on all fours
In my online workouts we do use pulses A LOT – they are also great if you are injured, but you would like to increase your training load.
